About me and my therapy practice
I am a counselling supervisor supporting counsellors who work therapeutically with children and young people.
Over the past 10 years, I have worked with children and young people across a range of settings, including Special Educational Needs (SEN) environments, schools and charitable organisations. This experience has given me an understanding of the varied emotional, developmental, educational and social needs that can arise when working therapeutically with children and young people.
My supervision is a supportive and reflective space where counsellors can explore their clinical work, develop their practice and consider the needs and wellbeing of the children and young people they support.
I can support counsellors with:
Working therapeutically with children and young people
SEN and neurodiversity-informed practice
Safeguarding and professional responsibilities
Exploring therapeutic relationships and boundaries
Reflective practice and case discussion
Managing the emotional impact of therapeutic work
Working within schools, charities and other organisational settings
Developing confidence and professional identity
Ethical decision-making and maintaining appropriate boundaries
I aim to provide warm, thoughtful and constructive supervision, balancing support and challenge while keeping the wellbeing of the child or young person at the centre of the work.
Supervision available for counsellors working with children and young people.

About me and my therapy practice
Whether you're looking to build resilience, improve self-esteem, or gain deeper self-awareness, I'm here to walk alongside you. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply in need of someone to talk to, reaching out might be the first move toward becoming the person you want to be.
You may be struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, or life transitions. Whatever you're facing, I can offer a space to explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without fear of criticism or dismissal.
Together, we may look at how your early experiences and relationships have shaped the way you relate to yourself and others. We might also explore unconscious motivations—those hidden patterns and inner influences that guide behaviour and emotional responses. Sometimes, the present is complicated by the past or clouded by pain that hasn’t yet been expressed. Talking about it might be the first step toward healing and change.
