About me and my therapy practice
As an experienced counselling therapist and clinical supervisor, I offer group (3 participants) and individual supervision for both qualified and trainee counsellors.

About me and my therapy practice
Specialising in trauma, depression and anxiety, therapy with me will enable you to: gain a clearer understanding of your internal system, develop ways to regulate when triggered, heal old wounds and patterns, restore harmony and peace to your whole self.
My training in Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy alongside psychotherapeutic counselling, somatic work and mindfulness provide a depth of healing approaches for us to draw from, providing the most supportive and helpful experience for you.
Practice description
I work with many clients suffering from adverse and traumatic events in childhood or adult hood. During sessions we get to know the protective parts (often known as coping strategies) that shield more vulnerable parts of us carrying pain and help relieve them of the burdens they carry. Most clients quite quickly develop a new and improved way of relating to their inner landscape.
I work in person from The Dorset Practice in Poole Quay and online. Sessions run for 50 minutes (longer if required) and are open-ended. Fees are £55, concessions are available on request.
My first session
It's important to find the right therapist or counsellor for you.
I offer a free no-obligation phone or video call (your preference) to have an informal chat with me, talk about whats on your mind, find out more about how i work, ask any questions, and get a feel for whether we are the right fit.
