Practice description
A Meaningful Space for Supervision
I want our sessions to feel meaningful and valuable, rather than simply a box-ticking exercise.
Holding confidentiality for our clients can be tough at times and my aim is to offer a supportive space where you can grow, be appropriately challenged, reflect openly and feel heard.
Honest Reflection and Professional Growth
Client work can be a struggle at times and it is normal to question what we are doing, what might be needed next, or whether we are enough for a particular client. I feel that this honesty is healthy and forms the foundation of good supervision.
My Supervision Approach
Together, we can explore your therapeutic work, work towards deepening your clinical thinking and consider both the professional and personal aspects of your practice. My approach is warm, collaborative and grounded whilst appreciating that every counsellor is unique and works in their own way.
My Training
After qualifying as a Humanistic Counsellor in Transactional Analysis, I continued my studies and completed a degree in Integrative Counselling. I recognised the breadth of skills within the field and wanted to expand my knowledge so I could better meet my clients’ needs.
I am also a qualified Supervisor.
My first session
Initially we can talk on the phone for 15 minutes. If the times I can offer suit you, and you wish, we can then make an appointment for one hour £60. This appointment will be for us to establish if I might be the right person for you.
