About me and my therapy practice
In my role as a supervisor, I work from an integrative-relational stance, informed by Clarkson’s Five Relationship Model. I also draw on the Seven-Eyed Supervision Model to support exploration of the client, the counsellor, and the relationship between them. This approach helps facilitate deeper insight and progress around specific areas of your client work, within a collaborative and reflective supervisory space. I work online with individuals and groups, trainee and qualified therapists.
Practice description
I offer sessions both in-person or online, depending on your preference. Individual supervision sessions are £70 per 60-minute session. Longer supervision sessions are available, with fees adjusted accordingly. Group supervision and reduced rates for trainees may be available - please enquire for details.

About me and my therapy practice
People come to therapy for many different reasons, but often it is linked to the impact of past or ongoing distressing experiences. You may be trying to cope with something that has happened recently, or something from much earlier in your life that still feels present. I have a particular focus on trauma counselling, supporting people to process and make sense of these experiences in a safe and manageable way. Whatever you’re going through, asking for help is rarely easy, and takes courage and strength. It is my intention to support and respect you whilst exploring your current challenges, empowering you to make positive changes in your life.
I practise integrative therapy, which means I combine different counselling methods to find the right approach for each person. A central part of my work is Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), which is particularly effective in working with trauma. It can help reduce the emotional intensity of distressing memories, and is also used in addressing anxiety, depression, phobias and addictive behaviours.
Practice description
I offer counselling sessions both in person and online, depending on what feels most comfortable and accessible for you, and have many years’ experience of working in both settings.
