About me and my therapy practice
Welcome to my supervision profile!
I'm an approachable, flexible, experienced and a neuro-affirmative and trauma-informed, integrative and creative, BACP accredited counsellor, ACT therapist, supervisor and trainer.
I specialise in the support of health, education and social care professionals and students, building on 40 years experience in Education, the NHS and charities, as a counsellor, supervisor, teacher, researcher and as a volunteer.
I provide an empathic, non-judgmental, ethical and reflective space, so supervisees feel able to share freely about their clients, the challenges of their work and any significant life issues they may experience.
Most of my clients and supervisees are neurodivergent as my work is informed by my lived ADHD and autistic experiences and neuro-affirmative training and supervision received.
