About me and my therapy practice
My own experiences of supervision have been hugely important for me both as a therapist and as a person. I now really enjoy providing supervision myself and sharing my enthusiasm for therapeutic work, and hope I can offer you something of what has felt so valuable to me over the course of my journey as a therapist.
For me, supervision should always be grounded in warmth and curiosity and take place within an atmosphere of trust, collaboration and non-judgement. My aim is to create a safe, supportive and reflective space where you can bring the full breadth of your clinical work—your questions, anxieties, insights, mistakes and successes—and explore them with honesty and confidence.
Whether you are newly qualified or experienced, my intention is to support you to deepen your understanding of the therapeutic process, to strengthen your therapeutic presence and to enable you to practice ethically and professionally. Working as a therapist can be lonely at times, and supervision provides a place of connection where you can share your experiences and feel nourished, enriched and inspired.
Practice description
Practicalities
I offer integrative supervision and am comfortable working with many different modalities of practice. Additionally, as an IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapist myself, I especially welcome IFS therapists or those who are not trained in IFS but who might be interested in IFS-informed supervision.
Please feel free to get in couch and we can arrange a free 30 minute initial consultation to see if I feel like the right kind of supervisor for you. Sessions are available in person (in Wivenhoe, Essex) or online.
Fees: Standard fee is £65 per hour. Please note: as of December 2025 I am offering a limited number of low cost sessions at £20 per hour as I complete my Diploma in Clinical Supervision.
