During times in our life, we can experience difficulties that are hard to overcome.
I offer therapy that is tailored to you to enable you to overcome your difficulties and live a more fulfilling life.
I am an accredited member of the British Association for Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP), with practices at Nine Springs Natural Health Centre, Yeovil and Therapy Workshop, 9 North Street Workshops, North Street, Stoke-sub-Hamdon.
I have a special interest in relationships, trauma, C-PTSD,
I offer a flexible appointment time best suited for you, daytimes, evenings.
As a person, I have been calm, thoughtful, trustworthy and having a warm nature, interests include walking in nature, travel, cooking and spending time with friends and family, who are very important to me.

Practice description
NCS Accredited, Level 7, Advanced Diploma in Counselling Supervision.
I provide supervision from a person centred and Integrative perspective.
My approach is supportive, collaborative and I always seek to be aiding supervisees to grow in confidence, feel 're-fuelled' and generally resourced in the work. I work within the boundaries of the BACP Ethical Framework.
One to One Supervision.
Supervision offers a safe space to bring and explore any concerns or issues that you may have from both your personal and client work, whilst enabling you to work ethically, thus giving the opportunity to be supported and, gaining clarity for the benefit of yourself and your clients.
Supervision also offers new ideas.
Price per 60-minute session.
Student counsellor £45.00 per hour.
Qualified counsellor £55.00 per hour.

Counselling provides you with a comfortable, non-judgmental, safe and confidential environment where you can voice and explore personal difficulties, private thoughts and feelings from your own experience with the knowledge that what you say will be received with sensitivity and kept confidential.
These issues may include Relationships Issues, Abuse, Low Self-esteem, Depression, Generalized Anxiety Disorders, Addictions, Loss and Grief, Trauma, Sexuality, Eating disorders, Panic Disorders plus many others.
Other reasons for seeking counselling may be more non-specific, like feeling that your life is confused, you may find that you are at a cross roads and need help in choosing the way forward, or you may wish to enhance your on-going personal development, or to raise your self-awareness.
Together we can tailor the way we work to your individual needs, however diverse they may be. As a therapist, I act as your support and guide to your own process of change.
My aim is to provide you with appointment times to suit your life style, including evenings and weekends.
I have primarily trained in the person centred approach but also able to use other skills including systemic, psychoanalytic, relationship counselling (Relate trained) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) approach's to enhance my service for you.
