About me and my therapy practice
I am an accredited therapist and transformative coach with extensive experience supporting clients from diverse backgrounds, ages, and life experiences. I currently work full time in private practice and have previously worked across a range of settings, including organisations, charities, and GP practices. I bring a strong track record of offering a safe, effective, and ethical service. My priority is to provide a warm, confidential, and collaborative therapeutic relationship — one in which you can feel truly seen, heard, and valued. Within this supportive space, profound change and healing can naturally arise.
I specialise in IFS therapy, a core process for deep transformational change, offered alone or alongside Transformative Therapeutic Coaching. As a trauma-informed therapist, I also support nervous system regulation and wellbeing through complementary tools like the Safe and Sound Protocol and other bespoke approaches tailored to your individual needs.
I offer 45, 60 or 90 minute sessions, providing a confidential, non-judgemental space where together we explore your thoughts and feelings, uncover the roots of your challenges, and work therapeutically for truly transformative change and growth. Please feel welcome to reach out so we can discuss your needs and plan an individual programme together.
