About me and my therapy practice
Sometimes you just need to find space to clear your head and find your own solution, with someone listening, prompting, clarifying and sometimes challenging your assumptions on the way.
I provide a safe place for you to do this, where you are free to explore the concerns and issues you have, without fear of being judged. With training in Psychodynamic, Person Centred, CBT and Solution focused approaches I work short and long term depending on your needs.
I am a qualified psychotherapist and life coach with over 20 years of coaching experience and a decade of delivering therapy working with adults and young people going through change. I specialise in supporting people to move out of difficult situations into new ways of being, through creating therapeutic spaces for them to emerge into a life of vision and purpose, living fully and authentically in every area of their life. I created and run the G.L.O.W coaching programme using therapeutic coaching to address anxiety and increases self-knowledge to help clients make better decisions and approach life with certainty to successfully birth new careers, relationships and fulfilled lives.
Practice description
I work online mainly through zoom, skype, webchat and telephone.
