About me and my therapy practice
I am an integrative clinical supervisor offering supervision to both trainee and qualified counsellors working in private practice, schools and EAP settings. I supervise person-centred and integrative practitioners and welcome supervisees from a range of therapeutic backgrounds.
My supervision training was grounded in the Hawkins and Shohet Seven-Eyed Model, which continues to inform my work. This framework supports a holistic exploration of the therapeutic process — considering the client, the supervisee, the relationship dynamics, and the wider organisational context.
Alongside this structure, my supervisory style is collaborative, reflective and gently challenging. I aim to create a safe, respectful space where you can think openly about your client work, explore ethical dilemmas, reflect on relational dynamics, and consider the impact of the work on you personally and professionally.
I believe supervision should both support and stretch — strengthening clinical confidence while deepening self-awareness and safeguarding client welfare.
Practice description
Supervision with me offers space to pause, reflect and grow in your professional identity.
You can expect warmth, openness and professionalism, alongside thoughtful enquiry and constructive challenge. I work relationally, encouraging honest exploration while maintaining clear ethical boundaries and a strong focus on client safety.
Given my experience working in private practice, secondary schools (11–18) and EAP settings, I understand the differing demands of organisational frameworks, time-limited work, safeguarding responsibilities and independent practice. I support supervisees in navigating these contexts with clarity and confidence.
Whether you are:
• A trainee building competence and finding your therapeutic voice
• A newly qualified counsellor developing your practice
• An experienced practitioner seeking reflective depth
• Or working within school or EAP structures
I tailor supervision to your developmental stage and professional needs.
I offer supervision both in person and online, providing flexibility while maintaining a consistent, contained and reflective space.
At the heart of my supervisory work is the belief that when counsellors feel supported, thoughtfully challenged and ethically grounded, both practitioner and client thrive.

About me and my therapy practice
Are you the one who holds everything together - yet inside you feel anxious, overwhelmed or quietly exhausted?
Perhaps you're struggling in a relationship, feeling stuck in familiar patterns, navigating a life change or carrying worries that are hard to share with those closest to you. You might not even be sure what's wrong - only that something doesn't feel right.
Whatever brought you here, you don't have to work it out alone.
I offer a warm, calm and confidential space where you can speak freely and feel genuinely heard. My role is not to judge or direct you but to walk alongside you - helping you understand your thoughts and feelings more clearly, build resilience and move towards meaningful change at a pace that feels safe.
I am an integrative counsellor working in private practice, also within a secondary school supporting young people aged 11-18 and with adults through an Employee Assistance Programme. This breadth of experience allows me to work confidently with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, stress, burnout, relationship difficulties, identity, life transitions and loss.
Working with couples.
Relationships can be deeply fulfilling - and also deeply painful when communication breaks down. I work with couples who may feel stuck in repetitive arguments, disconnected, unheard or unsure how to move forward. Together, we create a space to slow conversations down, understand underlying needs and emotions, and rebuild healthier ways of relating. My aim is not to take sides, but to help both partners feel understood and supported.
Practice description
As an integrative therapist, I tailor our work to you. I draw from person-centred therapy, mindfulness approaches, solution-focused therapy and CBT. Some clients benefit from gentle exploration and deeper understanding; others appreciate practical strategies and structured tools. Most find we use a blend of both.
Above all, I believe that when we feel safe enough to be honest - with ourselves and with someone else - growth naturally follows.

If you're thinking about starting counselling, I invite you to get in touch for an initial conversation. There's no pressure or obligation - just a chance to see whether working together feels right.
