Sandtray Therapy
Attachment & Developmental Understanding
Practice description
Supervision is tailored to the individual practitioner and the unique needs of their client group. I support professionals in exploring clinical process, therapeutic relationship dynamics, safeguarding considerations, emotional impact of the work, and practitioner wellbeing.
I have a particular interest in supporting those working with:
Children and adolescents
Developmental trauma and attachment wounds
Neurodivergence
Emotional regulation difficulties
Anxiety, grief, and relational challenges
Creative and non-verbal therapeutic approaches
My supervisory style is collaborative, reflective, grounded, and compassionate. I value curiosity, attunement, and reflective dialogue, supporting practitioners to think across multiple layers of the therapeutic process through the lens of the Seven-Eyed Model of supervision. I aim to create a space where practitioners feel supported to think deeply, work safely, and develop their own authentic therapeutic voice.
My first session
I practice from my clinic in Weybridge and offer daytime and evenings appointments.
I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation where you can decide if you think we will be able to work together. This also provides an opportunity for us to discuss what you want from your supervision and how we can make it effective.
