About me and my therapy practice
I am a BACP accredited Integrative counsellor with 10+ years’ experience. I have completed the Level 6 Therapeutic Supervision qualification with CPCAB. I Integrate appropriate models of supervision to support the counsellors I work with and their clients.
I have specific training and experience in Internal Family Systems (IFS), Trauma, and am a Master Practitioner in working with Eating Disorders (NCFED). My counselling experience is a combination of working in the community/voluntary sector and private practice.
Practice description
I have significant experience in working with clients with a wide range of issues including, but not limited to anxiety, depression, bereavement, bereavement by suicide, abuse, eating disorders, LGBTQI+, race, neurodiversity, disability, relationship/family issues, work stress and trauma.
My first session
I offer a complementary 15 minute appointment to see if we are the right therapeutic fit for each other and to give time to answer any questions that you might have.
Sessions there after are £50 per hour.
