Availability

Availability and Practice Hours

I currently have availability for new supervisees and offer both daytime and early evening sessions online or in person. This allows clients to work with me from the comfort and privacy of their own home, wherever they are based in the UK or internationally.

I generally work Monday to Thursday between 9am and 6pm (UK time), with occasional flexibility for supervisees in different time zones.

If you are considering supervision with me, please feel free to get in touch for a brief, no-obligation consultation call to explore whether we might be a good fit to work together. I will always be transparent about my current availability and expected waiting times.

I take planned breaks throughout the year, which I communicate well in advance to existing clients to ensure continuity of care and appropriate support.

About me and my therapy practice

How I Work

I am an accredited therapist and trained counselling supervisor, offering a warm, collaborative and structured approach to supervision.

My supervision is a space to step back from the demands of practice, reflect on your work and develop your confidence as a practitioner. I believe good supervision should provide both support and challenge, while creating enough space to think deeply about the work you are doing with your clients.

My own therapeutic background is primarily in CBT, and I have a particular interest in ADHD, neurodivergence, emotional regulation, anxiety, perfectionism and the impact of executive functioning difficulties on everyday life. I bring this experience into supervision where it is relevant, while remaining curious about each supervisee's individual way of working.

Together, we can explore client work, therapeutic relationships, formulation, interventions, boundaries, ethical dilemmas and the emotional impact of the work on you as a practitioner. I also encourage reflection on what may be happening between therapist and client, and how our own responses and assumptions can influence the therapeutic process.

I offer a structured approach to supervision, while recognising that supervision needs to be responsive to the individual supervisee. There will be space to bring practical questions, challenging cases and areas where you may feel stuck, as well as time to consider your own development, strengths and professional identity.

I particularly enjoy working with practitioners who value CBT and evidence-informed approaches, and with those who want to develop their understanding of ADHD and neurodivergence within therapeutic practice.

My aim is to provide a supervision relationship that feels safe, thoughtful and constructive — somewhere you can bring uncertainty as well as confidence, reflect honestly on your practice and leave with greater clarity about your next steps.

Practice description

I offer warm, supportive and structured supervision for counsellors and therapists who want space to reflect on their practice, develop their confidence and continue to grow professionally.

As an accredited therapist with a background in CBT, I bring particular experience in working with ADHD, neurodivergence, anxiety, emotional regulation, perfectionism and overwhelm. I am especially interested in supporting practitioners who work with clients experiencing these difficulties and who want to develop a more practical, compassionate and neurodiversity-informed approach.

Supervision with me is collaborative and reflective. We can explore client work, formulation, therapeutic relationships, interventions, boundaries, ethical questions and the emotional impact of the work on you as a practitioner. I encourage supervisees to bring both the work that is going well and the situations where they feel uncertain, stuck or challenged.

I offer a structured framework for supervision while keeping the sessions responsive to your individual needs, experience and professional development. There is space to think about the practical aspects of your work alongside the wider questions of identity, confidence and becoming the practitioner you want to be.

My approach is calm, curious and non-judgemental. I believe effective supervision should provide both support and appropriate challenge, helping you to think more deeply about your practice while feeling safe enough to be honest about what you find difficult.

I work online and in person and welcome enquiries from therapists looking for ongoing supervision or additional reflective space around their practice.

First Session Details

I offer a free 20-minute consultation call before we begin working together. This gives us both a chance to meet, discuss what’s bringing you to therapy, and decide whether we feel like a good fit. It’s an opportunity for you to ask questions, get a sense of my approach, and see how supervision might support you at this stage.
