About me and my therapy practice
As a supervisor, I am able to support other counsellors looking for supervision of their work with children, adolescents and young adults.
I have a Level 6 CPBAC qualification in Therapeutic Counselling Supervision, and over 14 years counselling experience working with young people in agency, school and private practice settings. I also have experience supporting a team as a clinical lead.
I offer counsellors a space to reflect on their client work, consider systemic, safeguarding and ethical dilemmas, and to further develop their practice.
My qualifications include an MA in Child, Adolescent and Family Psychotherapy; a Diploma in Sandplay Therapy; and, a Post Graduate Diploma Counselling Children in Schools. I also have a Level 3 Safeguarding qualification.
Practice description
My practice is based in Central Winchester a short walk from the train station. I offer in person, face to face supervision sessions, and online sessions on Zoom.
My practice is informed by person-centred, attachment and transpersonal theory, and I believe that the quality of the therapeutic supervisory relationship has an important impact on the quality of the supervision.
I offer creative and reflective supervision, focusing on the needs of supervisees in all aspects of their client work.

I work both online and from my practice based in Central Winchester.
About me and my therapy practice
I offer young people of all ages a safe and non-judgemental therapeutic space to explore whatever challenges they are struggling with.
I work together with the young person, and their family when appropriate, towards an improved sense of wellbeing, increased self-understanding and positive change.
With over 14 years experience in primary and secondary schools, youth counselling agencies and in private practice, I am trained specifically to work with young children, teenagers and young adults. I also offer parent support sessions.
I have a Masters degree in Child, Adolescent and Family Psychotherapy, a Post Graduate Counselling Diploma and a Diploma in Sandplay therapy. I am BACP registered, have a Level 3 safeguarding qualification and an enhanced DBS.
