I offer evening and weekend sessions for supervision.
About me and my therapy practice
I really enjoy working with fellow counsellors in the supervision space. Whether that is group or 1-1 supervision.
I have many years experience working directly with clients of all ages / backgrounds and presentations.
I have also worked on the other side of counselling - holding leadership responsibilities, creating and delivering services.
All of this strengthens my capacity to provide open, understanding and dynamic supervision.
I understand the support needed when working with clients and the external pressures we work with as counsellors.
I work from the Seven-Eyed Model as a basis however supervision evolves through continued reflection, the noticing, the patterns, the instinct, the things that come into supervision us when we’re attuned.
I’m interested in the honest, relational side of supervision practice, where supervision becomes shared enquiry, in a grounded, respectful space.
Where knowledge is shared and you as the supervisee are supported with care and curiosity.
I also understand navigating personal challenge, navigating identity and navigating the impact of unsupported mental health in the systems around us, my experiences shape how I see supervisee's, clients, and the unseen layers beneath our work.
I offer:
• Supervision for counsellors and helping professionals.
• 1–1 supervision.
• Group supervision.
• Space to explore identity, intuition, and the patterns shaping your practice.
• A relational connection where you can think, grow, and bring your whole self.
I like to think my style is warm, reflective, and just human, my intention is to create space, care, and shared purpose in supervision.
I believe supervision works best when we meet each other as we are present, curious, and willing to learn.
Come to supervision just as you are, and we can take it from there.
Practice description
I’ve been a counsellor for over 15 years and worked within the helping professions for over 20.
My role is to be safe, interested, and non-judgemental.
I work with people for many reasons: one might be feeling overwhelmed, anxious, stuck, unheard, or disconnected; or might be navigating identity or belonging; or working through the impact of relationships, change, loss, or pressure.
I work with many clients stuck in anxiety, trauma, and relational challenges, including tricky maternal experiences and the complex emotions that can come with this.
My aim is simple: to help clients re- discover who they mare, their power, and the hope they need to reach and understand their goals and needs.
Alongside counselling, I am an EMDR Practitioner, and I’m currently offering reduced rates as I build this part of my practice.
I currently work with children and young people from aged 12 and adults of any age.
My first session
Before starting any sessions, I offer a short no-fee call so we can get a sense of each other and decide if I’m the right fit for you. It’s an opportunity for you to ask any questions, and for me to check that I have the skills and experience you need.
If it feels right for both of us, we’ll then arrange your first counselling or EMDR session.
