About me and my therapy practice
Supervision is a place to think deeply about your work, find support when it feels challenging, and develop your own voice and talent as a therapist.
I offer one-to-one supervision for trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists working with individuals and couples.
Drawing on 17 years of therapeutic experience, I provide personalised support that brings together clinical reflection, thoughtful challenge and practical guidance.
I welcome your whole self as a practitioner - including your emotional responses, uncertainties and the moments you wish you’d handled differently. There is room to bring 'mistakes', feel stuck and say “I don’t know” knowing we can explore these experiences together with curiosity, care and honesty.
Our work can help you to:
Explore complex client work, therapeutic relationships and ethical dilemmas.
Recognise your strengths and develop your skills and confidence.
Reflect on how the work affects you, including boundaries and capacity.
Feel supported and less alone in the responsibilities of being a therapist.
My clinical experience includes working with individuals and couples around disordered eating, suicidality, sexual abuse, trauma and neurodiversity.
I also offer practical guidance on establishing, developing and sustaining a private practice—from getting started to shaping a way of working that supports you professionally and personally.
Sessions are available face-to-face in Angel, N1 or online via Zoom. We can agree a frequency that reflects your caseload, stage of development and professional or training requirements.
You’re welcome to get in touch to discuss what you’re looking for and whether we might be a good fit.

Couples Work
We all long to feel secure and connected in our closest relationships, yet many of us were never taught how to recognise or express our needs, especially during conflict. In couples therapy, I offer a direct, compassionate, and practical approach, using tailored tools and exercises to help you communicate openly, listen with empathy, and build a stronger bond.
I have completed several intensive couples training programmes, including PAIRS, Spectrum’s year-long Couples Training, and additional training in Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy (RLT).
I am also Internal Family Systems (IFS) Level 2 qualified and use its relationships model: Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO).
I welcome couples of all identities, including LGBTQIA+ and work in a kink-aware way.
A couples session with me lasts at least 60 minutes and costs £130
My first session
For couples, the first step is a free 20 minute Zoom call where I meet with you both, hear what you’d like from therapy, and answer any questions. If we all feel it’s a good fit, I’ll send you a short questionnaire about your relationship history before we meet for a full one-hour session in person.
For individuals, I offer a phone or Zoom call before our first session so you can share a little about what you would like to get from your sessions and ask any questions.
We then meet for a 55 minute session to explore your needs and whether my approach feels supportive.
