I currently have availability to see new supervises on a  Tuesday and  Friday morning. 

My working hours are Monday to Friday daytime. 

HI, I am Paula. 

I trained and qualified as an Integrative Counsellor over 20 years ago and later qualified as a supervisor. During this time I have worked with several organisations in a variety of settings.  

I have been self employed for the last 10 years.

Whilst I also practiced as a supervisor during this time, prior to 2020 it always took second place to my working with clients until I discovered the Internal Family Systems model. 

I now feel that IFS informed supervision is equal to my working with clients and I am passionate about helping therapists develop their understanding and practice using the IFS model. 

Since first discovering the IFS model I have completed my level 1,2 and 3 trainings and also my IFS Informed supervision training. I have also been a PA on a level 1 training.

The IFS model has become my primary way of working. And I now offer IFS informed supervision and embrace this part of my practice more after learning how there were too few supervisors practicing within this model. 

IFS informed supervision is a necessary must for any therapist using the IFS model in their practice.

As an IFS informed supervisor it is my hope that working together we will hold all that we know and expect from supervision but with the added understanding of the IFS model. 

Through the IFS lens, we will also look at  supporting you to develop your understanding of the model and your own system which will better help you to be self lead and present to support your clients.
