About me and my therapy practice
Looking for specialist clinical supervision in psychosexual therapy, couples work, or trauma?
With over 30 years’ experience as a psychosexual therapist and specialist training at the internationally renowned Tavistock Relationships, I offer online clinical supervision to qualified and trainee counsellors, psychotherapists, and practitioners working with individuals, couples, and psychosexual issues.
I understand the particular demands of this work, the complexity of couples dynamics, the sensitivity of sexual and intimacy issues, and the emotional weight of supporting clients through trauma, abuse, and relationship breakdown. My counselling supervision provides a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space to reflect on your client work honestly.
My approach to supervision is primarily psychodynamic, integrating attachment-based, behavioural, and mentalisation techniques. We can explore your clinical approach, ethical dilemmas, emotional responses to the work, complex cases, and your own wellbeing and resilience as a practitioner.
I work with therapists at all stages, whether you’re newly qualified and building confidence, or experienced and navigating particularly challenging cases. I have specialist experience supervising work with neurodivergent clients, including Autism and ADHD, and their impact on relationships and intimacy.
Practice description
I provide clinical supervision solely online via Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, FaceTime, or phone, flexible counselling supervision that fits around your practice, wherever you are in the UK or worldwide.
I trained in general supervision and in psychodynamic (object relations) supervision with the International Psychotherapy Institute. I hold an MSc in Psychosexual Psychotherapy from the Tavistock Relationships, a PG Diploma in Couples and Individual Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy, and a PG Certificate in Autism.
I am a registered member of the BACP and COSRT (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists), and a member of the EMDR Association of the UK and Ireland. I specialise in psychosexual supervision and supervising therapists working with couples, trauma, abuse, and neurodivergence. I welcome supervisees from all therapeutic backgrounds.
My first session
I offer a free 30-minute introductory call so we can both get a sense of whether we’re the right fit for ongoing clinical supervision. This is an informal conversation with no obligation.
If we decide to work together, I’ll ask you to provide evidence of your qualifications, insurance, and any relevant details about your current practice.
In our first formal supervision session, we’ll go through an overview of your caseload, agree on the supervision contract, and discuss our respective responsibilities. We’ll also talk about what you’re hoping to get from supervision, whether that’s support with specific cases, professional development, or both.

About me and my therapy practice
Are you struggling with intimacy, desire, trust, or communication?
Perhaps you're dealing with low libido, sexual difficulties, the aftermath of abuse, or feeling disconnected from your partner. These are deeply personal issues, and you don't have to face them alone.
I'm a specialist psychosexual and sex therapist with over 30 years' experience, trained at the internationally renowned Tavistock Relationships. I work online with individuals and couples, helping you navigate some of the most personal and sensitive challenges in life.
I offer psychosexual therapy and sex therapy for desire differences, low libido, intimacy difficulties, sexual dysfunction, sexless marriage, and performance anxiety. I also provide couples counselling, relationship therapy, and support for communication breakdown, infidelity, and emotional disconnection.
I offer expert support for those affected by childhood abuse, domestic abuse, sexual violence, and trauma. I have specialist experience with neurodivergence, including Autism and ADHD, and how these affect relationships, intimacy, and emotional wellbeing.
I tailor my approach to you, there's no one-size-fits-all in therapy. I draw on psychodynamic, attachment-based, and trauma-focused methods, alongside EMDR and NLP, depending on what you need. Sessions are warm, honest, and practical, you'll leave with real understanding, not just theory.
Practice description
I work solely online via Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, FaceTime, or phone, flexible psychosexual therapy, sex therapy, and counselling that fits around your life, wherever you are in the UK or worldwide. I work with all kinds of relationship configurations, whether it's traditional monogamy, polyamory, or open partnerships, and I'm equally experienced working with individuals exploring personal patterns on their own.
I know reaching out takes courage, especially when the issues feel deeply personal. I create a space where you can be completely honest about your experiences, your desires, your fears, without judgement. Just come as you are, and we'll work it out together.
Individual and couples sessions are £150 (50 minutes). I accept payment by bank transfer, card, or direct debit. Reduced fees are available, just ask. I can also provide invoices suitable for insurance reimbursement.
My first session
I offer a £12 introductory session (15 minutes), credited toward your first full session, so we can both get a sense of whether we're the right fit. This is an informal conversation with no obligation.
The first full session is the same length and price as regular sessions (50 minutes). I'll ask you about your background, your relationship, and the issues that have brought you to therapy. For couples, I'll want to hear from both of you.
This session is about understanding your situation and beginning to build a space where you feel safe to be open. There's no pressure to have everything figured out, most people don't when they start, and that's completely fine.
