I supervise counsellors in various NHS trusts across the UK, including Black Country Healthcare NHS FT, North East Lincs Talking Therapies, Rotherham Doncaster & South Humber NHS FT Trust, Oxfordshire Health NHS FT Trust and Ealing Talking Therapies West London NHS Trust.

I also supervise counsellors in the Student Wellbeing team at Leeds Beckett University, Mental Health Practitioners at Northpoint Wellbeing, and trainee DIT therapists at Roehampton University and the Anna Freud Centre. Additionally, I facilitate reflective practice groups for third-year Clinical Psychology trainees at the University of Sheffield Clinical Psychology Unit.

I have experience using clinical-based applications such as PCMIS, CORE, EMIS and SystmOne and remote platforms to deliver supervision and reflective practice.
