I work as a Senior Psychological Therapist and Clinical Lead in an NHS Trust, in this role I am a senior member of a team leading on the transformation of mental health services in the Trust to increase access to culturally sensitive and inclusive psychological therapies in particular to groups of the population traditionally underserved by psychological therapy services. I work in partnership with teams across NHS, public sector and VCSE to develop better pathways through recovery for people with serious mental health issues. I am the Clinical Lead for MBT in the Trust developing a growing programme and team. I provide clinical supervision to therapists and other mental health professionals within the Trust.
