Currently writing "Actions Speak Louder Than Words", a psychodynamic Case Study concerning early infant trauma, multiple sexual dalliances, serial monogamy, and Narcissistic Personality Disorder, Bending the Truth.

My special focus concerns Married or Unmarried couples. 

Also, individuals who are considering marriage, or who have just married, or who are thinking of Divorce or Separation, or who find themselves gay or lesbian.

Our sessions I approach with a psychodynamic ‘eye’.

That encompasses the individual's relationship with themselves, their siblings, their mother and father, and their wider environment.

Talking psychotherapy aims to provide a secure base from which to explore past difficulties or traumas. This secure base may throw light on current emotional patterns and relationships. I offer weekly sessions, either 'open-ended work' or for an agreed number of sessions. Our first meeting will be a consultation session, where we can explore whether you wish to continue to work together.

I work face-to-face On-line.

The fee is £50 per session for individuals, and £60 for couples. 

50 minute sessions for individuals.
60 minute sessions for couples.

During the first session we will get to know each other:

I will ask you to confirm the name of your UK GP Surgery.

By discussing some general family details such as your age, date of birth, age of your siblings, age of your mother and father, we will begin to build trust.

There will also be ample time for you to talk about what brings you to talking therapy.
