I meet with supervisees both in person and virtually according to their wishes, needs and geographical location. 

I am a qualified supervisor (OCN Certificate in Counselling Supervision) and have provided clinical supervision to a range of different professionals for many years.

I consider myself to work in a very relational way and my intention is to provide the conditions for counsellors to reflect upon their work with clients in a non-judgemental, supportive and learning environment.

Working from an integrative approach I offer individuals a model of supervision that is collaborative and where they can feel safe enough to explore their work with clients, examining their own process and reflect upon their thoughts, feelings, interventions and impact of the work.

My belief is that supervision should provide a space for learning and personal development ensuring that ethical practice is embedded both for supervisees and the clients they are working with.

I provide supervision from my quiet private practice in Brentwood

I am an Accredited Integrative Counsellor and Counselling Supervisor and have over 20 years experience of working with adults, children and young people. 

I can provide a safe space for you to explore any difficulties in a confidential and non-judgemental environment. My approach is integrative and I believe in the importance of working in a relational way and at the pace that is suitable for each individual client. 

I practice from quiet, confidential therapy room within my own home. I do not have a waiting room for clients and my practice is accessed via stairs. 

When conducting sessions via FaceTime, Zoom or WhatsApp video I hold these sessions from my therapy room which is a confidential space.     

I view an initial consultation as a partnership experience - it is my opportunity to make an assessment of your needs but just as importantly it is your opportunity to get a sense of whether I am therapist that you would feel comfortable with. My intention will be to ensure that you begin to feel as comfortable as possible to draw the most from the session as possible.
