About me and my therapy practice

My supervision sessions are designed to be both structured and flexible. Each session lasts 1.5 hours and is held monthly, providing a consistent yet adaptable space to explore cases, ethical dilemmas, and reflective practice. I begin with an open check-in, followed by a deep dive into the nuances of your cases. I tailor our time together to your needs by integrating arts-based interventions if desired, fostering creative insights and solutions. With extensive experience working with neurodiverse clients, I ensure that our conversations remain accessible and respectful of diverse perspectives.

I charge £75 per session, with payments made in advance. To accommodate your preferences and circumstances, I offer the option of meeting face to face in my garden office or connecting online via Teams. In addition, if you require a brief touchpoint between formal sessions, I’m available for a 15-minute phone call to offer support or quick guidance. This combination of structured monthly sessions and flexible, additional contact options is designed to empower your professional growth while meeting you exactly where you are.

Practice description

Supervision is a vital component of safe counselling practice, my job as a supervisor is to assist, encourage you, and provide a new lens through which we can look at your work.

Combining reflective practice with creative methodologies honed from my work as an integrative arts-based child counsellor, I offer a balanced supervision approach that is both structured and intuitively engaging. I create a safe, collaborative space where counsellors can openly discuss cases, explore ethical challenges, and refine their skills. By integrating arts-based interventions, I help professionals uncover unconscious patterns and transform challenges into growth opportunities.

Backed by a postgraduate certificate in clinical supervision and my status as a registered BACP member, my approach is rooted in high ethical standards and continuous professional development. This balanced method fuses the art and science of counselling, ensuring that your practice remains both dynamic and authentically reflective, empowering you to navigate complex cases with confidence and creative insights.

My first session

I offer a complimentary 20-minute chat, either online or by phone, to help us determine if I can meet your needs. During this initial conversation, we will:

  • Discuss your goals and expectations.
  • Explore any specific requirements or challenges you're facing.
  • Identify how my supervision sessions can best support your professional growth.

This chat is designed to give you clarity and insight into how I work, as well as an opportunity to ask any questions in a confidential and welcoming environment. I aim to make this process as convenient as possible, offering flexible scheduling to suit your availability.

Following the chat, you’ll have a clear sense of the next steps, whether that’s booking a full session or accessing helpful resources. This is a no-obligation conversation intended to ensure we’re a good match for your professional journey.
