About me and my therapy practice
I am a fully qualified supervisor and offer supervision to both trainee and qualified counsellors and psychotherapists. I use an integrative approach to both my therapeutic work and supervision.
I have been working full-time using a variety of psychological therapies since 2002. My therapeutic approach is integrative and includes modalities such as Gestalt, Humanistic, Existential, Trauma informed, Psychodynamic, Cognitive, Behavioural, Solution Focused Brief Therapy, EMDR, NLP, TA and Ericksonian Hypno-Psychotherapy.
I am available for supervision sessions during the daytime and evenings, and am available for both face to face supervision, and online sessions via Skype.
I hold a Certificate in Supervision from the Manchester Institute for Psychotherapy.
Concessionary sessions are available.

Availability
I am available for both face-to-face and online sessions via Zoom.
Face-to-face sessions are available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays in Manchester City Centre.
I am available Monday - Friday. My first appointment is at 11am and the latest starts at 5:30pm.
About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced psychotherapist and have been working in full-time private practice in Manchester since 2002. I offer a variety of therapies including Psychotherapy and Counselling, CBT, EMDR, Trauma-informed therapy, Somatic Therapies, DBT Skills, Life Coaching, NLP, and Clinical Hypno-psychotherapy. I am registered with both the BACP and UKCP, and offer both longer-term psychotherapy and counselling, as well as shorter-term time-limited therapies. I am also a fully qualified and UKCP accredited supervisor and provide clinical supervision to other counsellors and psychotherapists.
I don’t believe in a ‘one size fits all’ approach as everyone is different. I, therefore, use a flexible integrative approach combining all my training, skills and experience to produce a process that is unique to you and your personal needs. All treatment is carried out in a respectful, constructive, supportive and non-judgemental environment.

I hold an enhanced DBS certificate (formerly called a CRB certificate), and have full professional indemnity insurance.
