About me and my therapy practice
Experience and background
I am a BACP-registered Systemic Therapist and a member of the BACP Coaching Division, with over ten years’ experience working across mental health services. My background includes work with Mind, New Pathways, and the NHS, including specialist experience supporting individuals with high-risk eating disorders.
I have also worked with neurodevelopmental conditions at the Dyscovery Centre, University of South Wales. Most recently, I became an NHS Change Ambassador, focusing on emotional wellbeing and positive systemic change.
My approach is systemic and integrative. I work with the whole person, not just symptoms, and consider how relationships, attachment patterns, health, lifestyle, and life experiences interact to shape emotional wellbeing. I draw from person-centred therapy, CBT, solution-focused approaches, attachment-informed therapy, and coaching, using what is most helpful for each individual rather than a one-size-fits-all model.
I offer a warm, collaborative, and non-judgemental space, where cli you can explore your experiences safely and at own your pace.
