About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I’m Julie, and thank you for taking the time to look at my profile.
Life can be challenging at times and may leave you feeling anxious, low, overwhelmed, stuck, or alone. You might be struggling with something from your past, facing difficulties in the present, or navigating a life transition that feels hard to manage on your own.
I have extensive experience working with children, young people, adults, and couples, and I am particularly passionate about supporting clients with grief and loss, menopause-related challenges, relationship difficulties, and emotional wellbeing in children and young people.
Do you need a space to talk openly about how you’re feeling, or someone to truly listen without judgement? I believe you already hold the answers within you, and with the right support, reflection, and understanding, counselling can help you develop greater self-awareness, emotional clarity, and a stronger sense of control in your life.
Taking the step to begin counselling can feel daunting. If you’re unsure whether counselling is right for you, I welcome you to call or email me for an informal chat. This gives us both the opportunity to see if we feel comfortable working together and for you to ask any questions you may have.
