About me and my therapy practice
With over 20 years experience in Psychotherapy and Supervision for an NHS Mental Health Foundation in Hospitals,Infertility and sexual health Clinics.
I'm currently in Private Practice. Also senior accredited psychosexual therapist (COSRT) working with individuals and couples.

My first session
Your initial session is offered for 30 minutes as an introduction and opportunity to meet and see if we feel comfortable working together.

About me and my therapy practice
Originally qualified and practiced as a reg. Nurse and then gained a PG diploma in counselling at UEL and trained as a supervisor at the Metanoia Trust (Cert. In Supervision). I am a registered supervisor and senior accredited member with COSRT (College for Sexual and Relationship Therapists).
Following these qualifications I hold a diploma in Psychosexual Therapy (Relate Institute) and Certs.In transpersonal Psychology and systemic therapy. My theoretical background is integrative/psychosexual.
I set up and directed a reg. Charity (The young Peoples Counselling Service) for 7 years and also worked as a psychosexual therapist and counsellor for women’s services in an NHS hospital trust and mental health foundation trust. Specialising in infertility, maternity and sexual health depts. I currently work in private practice.
