My first session

The initial meeting is an exploratory session, an opportunity for us to meet each other, with no obligation. We will explore your current issues, your expectations of treatment and a more general conversation about your life history.

This session enables you to see who I am and how I work, ask any questions you may have about the process of psychotherapy. It will also give a good understanding of your difficulties and a sense of whether we can work well together. You may wish to take another session to decide. We will then arrange a weekly appointment at the same time and day in order to explore and work on your on-going issues.
