About me and my therapy practice
I meet with Clients for an initial assessment and to explore objectives. I facilitate Clients with appropriate Therapy. I enable Clients to move forwards with their lives. I adhere to the BACP Ethical Framework. I receive monthly supervision with my Personal Supervisor. I maintain appropriate Case notes. I expand knowledge where and when available. I practice Self-care to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Practice description
I am an Integrative Counsellor, which means I use different models of Counselling. This can include CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) and Person Centred Therapy. I am Client led, which means I work with what is most important for you and I will use what I believe will be the most effective approach. I have many years of Counselling experience. This has been gained by working in a variety of settings, which has enabled me to gain a great deal of knowledge. I have worked with Clients of all ages, backgrounds and beliefs. I have supported people with a wide and varying range of issues. I have provided the tools to enable them to find a more satisfying, fulfilling and (they have told me), a happier life!
My first session
I offer an introductory 30 minute session, free of charge. This can be online, by telephone, or face to face.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a highly experienced Casework Supervisor. I am a Registered Member of the BACP and bound by their Ethical Framework. I am working towards Accreditation. I possess Public Liability Insurance. My Private Clinic is based at my home address, allowing me to successfully facilitate, Supervisees in a private, confidential, and semi-rural setting. I receive recommendations from Colleagues, GP’s etc. Additionally, I receive referrals from Private Health Insurance Companies. I attend monthly Supervision, and enjoy regularly expanding my knowledge within current practice guidelines.
Practice description
Since 2017, I have been a qualified Casework Supervisor. I take great pleasure in providing support to fellow professionals. I relish both the satisfying and challenging role, of being a supervisor. I provide Supervision to Students, Qualified Counsellors, and other Professionals. I enable them to continue to work professionally, ethically, and responsibly. I work with Supervisees who use different approaches to myself. I adjust my approach accordingly, to facilitate their needs. Enabling them to work effectively and professionally, within their chosen Modality.My first session
