About me and my therapy practice

At the heart of my work is a thoughtful, collaborative therapeutic relationship in which we explore recurring patterns, emotions and ways of relating, while remaining attentive to your strengths, values and capacity for growth. Therapy moves at a pace that feels manageable and is always shaped by your individual needs.

Alongside conversation, I may, where appropriate, draw on creative and experiential ways of working such as visualisation, guided imagery, journalling, drawing, mindfulness or Walking Therapy. These approaches are never imposed, but offered where they can deepen understanding, unlock new perspectives and support meaningful change.

I work with adults across the lifespan and welcome people from a wide range of backgrounds, cultures and life experiences. My practice includes individuals, couples and therapists in training. Alongside difficulties such as anxiety, relationship issues, addiction, eating disorders, abuse and bereavement, I have a longstanding interest in supporting those experiencing blocked creativity, questions of identity or purpose, and significant life transitions.

As well as English, I speak Italian, French and Spanish and am happy to draw upon these where helpful for those whose first language is not English. Sessions are conducted in English.

Practice description

I work with clients in London, throughout the UK and internationally, offering psychotherapy in person, online and through Walking Therapy. Alongside my private practice, I continue to work with therapists in training, supervise practitioners and facilitate therapeutic groups.

Whether you come with a specific difficulty or a more general sense that something in your life needs attention, I aim to provide a calm, thoughtful and collaborative space in which we can explore your experience at a pace that feels right for you.

While therapy can bring relief from immediate distress, I believe it can also become a place of discovery. Together we explore recurring patterns, relationships and the deeper questions that shape your life, helping you move beyond coping towards greater freedom, authenticity and purpose.

Creativity is an important part of my approach. Alongside conversation, I may, where appropriate, draw on experiential ways of working such as visualisation, guided imagery, journalling, drawing or mindfulness. These approaches are always offered sensitively and only where they feel relevant to your needs.

My practice welcomes adults from many different backgrounds and life stages. Whether you are navigating loss, relationship challenges, blocked creativity, anxiety, questions of identity or a significant life transition, my hope is that therapy becomes not only a place of support, but also one of growth, resilience and lasting psychological change.

My first session

The first session is a paid consultation and an opportunity for us to meet, explore what has brought you to therapy and consider whether we feel we would work well together. There is no obligation to continue beyond this appointment.

Alongside gaining an understanding of your current circumstances, I will invite you to tell me something of your history, your relationships and what you hope might be different as a result of therapy. You are also welcome to ask questions about how I work and what you might expect from the therapeutic process.

My hope is that, whether or not we decide to continue working together, you leave the session feeling listened to, with a clearer understanding of your difficulties and a sense of what the next step might be.
