Practice description
WHAT TO EXPECT. You are encouraged to talk openly about what troubles you and what you want to achieve. The therapy is a confidential, collaborative and peaceful environment. Through ongoing and regular meetings we will work together towards resolutions and healing while helping you to gain a deeper personal understanding and kindness toward yourself. Therapy is an opportunity to discover the potential within and to bring about much desired change and direction.
ABOUT PSYCHOSYNTHESIS. Psychosynthesis is a psychology of hope with its eye not only on history but also on a purposeful future giving individuals the capacity to reorient their lives in the direction of meaning and values. This approach can help to gain a deeper understanding of the past and present. To know yourself more. As you learn to trust your own feelings and thoughts. The therapy works at the level of both the personality and the soul enabling creative ways to work with wounds and dysfunctions that have arisen during life.

ABOUT PSYCHOLANALYTIC PSYCHOLOGY. A term that Jung gave to his particular form of psychotherapy he believed that the mind and the unconscious could be trusted and that they are all the time attempting to assist the individual. In this way he saw the psyche as self-regulating. Jung thought that even problematic symptoms such as anxiety or depression could be helpful in drawing attention to an imbalance in the psyche. Depression perhaps means that we are not following a path that is natural and true to our particular personality. Jung believed the way that we see ourselves (ego) is limited. That we are cut off from our true instinctual nature. That we need to listen to ourselves in order to discover who we really are and what we really feel. He came to believe that we need to be guided by the self (a sensed experience of the personality as a whole).
