About me and my therapy practice
Senior Accredited Psychotherapist & ADHD Specialist | Therapy & Coaching (Online UK & International)
You may be feeling overwhelmed, mentally overloaded, or struggling to keep up with the demands of daily life, especially if you’re navigating ADHD, burnout, or a significant life change. You might be holding things together on the outside, while internally, things feel much harder to manage.
I offer a calm, thoughtful space where you can feel understood and accepted as you are, while also working towards greater clarity, structure and stability in your day-to-day life.
I’m a Senior Accredited BACP Psychotherapist with over 24 years of clinical experience. I specialise in neurodiversity (including ADHD), anxiety, burnout and life transitions. Supporting individuals through complex life challenges and transitions.
My approach combines depth and understanding with practical, forward-focused support. We work collaboratively at a pace that suits you, with gentle structure to support practical, lasting changes in how you feel and function day to day. Grounded in trust, compassion and authenticity.
I bring extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, offering a respectful and inclusive space where you can feel understood and accepted.
I work best with individuals who are open to reflection, engagement and taking an active role in the process of change. I work alongside you to support meaningful change.

HOW I WORK
We begin by identifying a clear focus for our work, allowing sessions to remain purposeful and aligned with what you would like to achieve.
My work is integrative, grounded in psychodynamic and humanistic therapy, alongside structured and coaching-informed approaches.
This allows us to:
• understand patterns and underlying dynamics
• develop emotional awareness and regulation
• introduce practical strategies to support focus, organisation and day to day functioning
• work towards practical, lasting changes in how you feel and function day-to-day in both personal and professional life
I offer both short-term, focused work and longer-term therapy. The structure and direction of our work is shaped through an initial assessment, during which we identify a clear focus and consider what would be most helpful for you.
Online & International Work
I work primarily online with clients across the UK and internationally, including expatriates.
I regularly support clients living abroad, including in the Middle East, Europe, the USA and Australia, who are looking for a UK-based therapist they can work with consistently online.
Experience & Background
Alongside private practice, I have worked within university settings and bring experience supporting individuals navigating both personal and professional challenges.
I also bring insight from organisational and consultancy work, supporting individuals experiencing workplace stress, change and pressure.
Bringing a dep understanding of neurological health challenges (strokes).

Our first session will be an initial session. The initial session provides an opportunity to explore what brings you to therapy, what you would like to gain from the process (identify a focus), and whether we feel a good fit.
