About me and my therapy practice
Experienced Snr Accredited Psychotherapist & ADHD Specialist, Therapy & Coaching (Online UK & International)
You may be feeling overwhelmed, mentally overloaded, or struggling to keep up with the demands of daily life, especially if you’re navigating ADHD, burnout, or a significant life change.
At times, this can make it harder to stay focused, organised, or on top of things day to day.
I offer a calm, thoughtful space where you can feel understood and accepted as you are, while also working towards greater clarity, structure and stability, especially during times that feel more chaotic or uncertain.
I’m a Senior Accredited BACP Psychotherapist with over 24 years of clinical experience. I specialise in neurodiversity (including ADHD), anxiety, burnout and life transitions. Supporting individuals through complex life challenges and transitions.
My approach combines depth and understanding with practical, forward-focused support. We work collaboratively at a pace that suits you, with gentle structure to support practical, lasting changes in how you feel and function day to day. Grounded in trust, compassion and authenticity.
I bring extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds and life experiences, offering a respectful and inclusive space where you can feel understood and accepted.
I work best with individuals who are open to reflection, engagement and taking an active role in meaningful change.

HOW I WORK
We begin by identifying a clear focus for our work, allowing sessions to remain purposeful and aligned with what you would like to achieve.
My work is integrative, grounded in psychodynamic and humanistic therapy, alongside structured and coaching-informed approaches.
This allows us to:
• understand patterns and underlying dynamics
• develop emotional awareness and regulation

• work towards practical, lasting changes in how you feel and function day-to-day in both personal and professional life
I offer both short-term, focused work and longer-term therapy.
We begin with an initial assessment, where we agree on a clear focus and what you would like to work towards. This helps keep our sessions purposeful and aligned with what is most helpful for you.
Experience & Background
Alongside private practice, I have worked within university settings and bring experience supporting individuals navigating both personal and professional challenges.
I also bring insight from organisational and consultancy work, supporting individuals experiencing workplace stress, change and pressure.
