About me and my therapy practice
Experienced Senior Accredited Psychotherapist & ADHD Specialist, Therapy & Coaching (Online UK & International)
I specialise in working with adults with ADHD, often identified later in adulthood, who may appear to be coping on the outside but are quietly struggling with focus and the demands of daily or working life.
You may be feeling overwhelmed or finding it difficult to keep up or pause, particularly if you’re navigating ADHD, burnout, or a significant life change.
At times, this can make it harder to stay focused, organised, or feel on top of things, and may leave you wondering why things feel difficult.
I offer a calm, thoughtful space where you can feel understood and accepted as you are, while working towards clarity, structure and stability, especially in times that feel chaotic or uncertain.
I’m a Senior Accredited BACP Psychotherapist with over 24 years of clinical experience. I specialise in ADHD and neurodiversity, anxiety, burnout and life transitions, supporting individuals through complex personal and professional challenges.
My approach combines depth with practical, forward-focused support. We work collaboratively at a pace that suits you, with gentle structure to support meaningful, lasting changes in how you feel and function. This is grounded in trust, compassion and authenticity.
I bring extensive experience working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, offering a respectful and inclusive space where you can feel understood.

How I Work
We begin by identifying a clear focus, helping sessions remain purposeful and aligned with what you would like to achieve.
My work is integrative, grounded in psychodynamic and humanistic therapy, alongside structured, coaching-informed approaches.
This allows us to:
• understand patterns and underlying dynamics
• develop emotional awareness and regulation
• introduce practical strategies to support focus and organisation
• improve how you manage personal and professional demands
• work towards practical, lasting change
I offer both short-term, focused work and longer-term therapy.
We begin with an initial assessment, where we agree a clear focus to guide our work and keep sessions aligned with what is most helpful.
Experience & Background
Alongside private practice, I bring insight from organisational and consultancy work, supporting individuals managing workplace stress, change and pressure.
This includes working with those balancing high expectations whilst managing focus, overwhelm or health-related challenges.
This work has developed a grounded understanding of both unseen and visible health challenges, including neurological conditions such as stroke recovery, and their impact on confidence and day-to-day functioning.
Living with these challenges can feel isolating, particularly when much of what you are managing is not always visible to others.
I have also worked within university settings, supporting individuals navigating personal and professional demands during periods of transition and uncertainty.
My first session
Our first session is an initial consultation. It offers space to explore what brings you, what you would like to gain, and to identify a clear focus for our work.
It also helps us sense whether we feel a good fit to work together.
Client Feedback
“I was surprised how much I learned about myself in the first session. There was a depth of understanding I hadn’t considered.” (2026)
Working with Organisations & Insurers
I support clients funded through health insurance and workplace-based support.
This includes individuals experiencing challenges with focus, overwhelm, health or performance, where structured, focused support is needed to align personal well-being with professional demands.
I also provide Access to Work-funded coaching to support focus, organisation and workplace functioning.
I am experienced in working within referral frameworks and maintaining a clear, purposeful focus throughout the work.
I also offer consultation to organisations and case managers seeking to better support individuals experiencing ADHD, neurodiversity, health or workplace challenges.
I welcome enquiries from organisations, insurers and case managers.
