About me and my therapy practice

Hello, my name is Sarah. I'm a fully qualified counsellor with over 15 years experience providing counselling and therapy to adults and young people. I can provide a warm and non judgmental space to allow you to explore whatever is going on for you.

My training was in the Integrative model which simply means that I can use a wide range of tools to support you. I also hold a certificate in Transactional Analysis.

I am fully insured, DBS checked and abide by the code of ethics as laid out by the BACP.

Practice description

I work both online and in person in Horsham, West Sussex and can provide either long or short term counselling.

My first session

I offer a free 30 minute introductory session as an opportunity for you to meet with me, ask any questions you may have and decide whether you would like to work with me.
