About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome to my profile.
There may be a number of reasons you might be considering counselling, and just getting to this point can feel like a big step. As a BACP-accredited counsellor with over 25 years of experience. I’ve worked with many people going through difficult times, and I know how important it is to feel safe, listened to, and understood.
I offer a calm, compassionate space where you can talk openly and be heard without judgment, so you don't have to face the challenges of life on your own.
Counselling and therapy
Life experiences impact us in different ways; we are all unique, and there’s no single way to deal with what we go through. Difficult experiences such as grief, trauma, or burnout, whether from the past or present, can appear as feelings of anxiety or depression.
My approach is to work together to understand what’s going on, explore difficult feelings, and find individual strategies to help you cope and look to the future.
My experience allows me to offer you a variety of techniques and approaches, all of which are grounded in empathy, compassion, respect, and the belief in your capacity to heal and find meaning, even in the most difficult times.
If you feel ready to take that first step to support, I warmly invite you to get in touch.

Face to face counselling in my therapy space in Tonbridge, Kent
Walk and talk sessions during a beautiful 50-minute walk around the outskirts of Penshurst, Kent. Talking while walking in nature can feel easier and more relaxed than sitting in a room. The fresh air, gentle movement, and open space can help you feel calmer, think more clearly, and talk more freely.
Remotely by telephone or Zoom
Or a combination of these.
