About me and my therapy practice
If you are having issues with Anxiety, Panic Disorder, Depression, Family Issues etc. I can help.
Seeking counselling can be overshadowed by stigma and can feel quite daunting yet you've found the courage to take the first step! I can offer a safe confidential space so you are able to share your problems, tears and joys. I seek to facilitate your growth so life is less difficult and easier to make sense of; to unwrap your own self-awareness so you can feel comfortable in your own skin.
I am passionate and focused about my work and feel I can offer an element of creativity.
I believe I am a warm, empathic person; I will listen without judging you and offer support and challenge so together we can explore the areas/issues you choose - whilst I believe you have within you the resources to find the answers.
I feel working together in an in-depth relationship is the key that can enable therapeutic change. Relationships are co-created and unique so I hope I have the pleasure of walking alongside you.
I offer face-to-face individual counselling. Sessions are weekly and for 50 minutes from £50 – initial assessment from £50
Early appointments from 6.30 am - Free on road parking outside Close links to M1, M42 & A50
‘A relationship with the therapist is what creates the medium in which derailed self-development can begin again.’ (Quote, Patricia A DeYoung)
Life begins at the end of your comfort zone -
Counselling is not easy; I truly believe that working hard in therapy hurts! I also believe it’s a wonderful kind of hurt!
It's okay if you feel vulnerable and unable to trust we can build on those foundations; you don't have to be lonely and suffer in silence.
- Nothing haunts us like the things we don’t say.
I aim to validate your experience and encourage you to identify changes you wish to achieve; to accompany you as you make sense of your life.
