I am an accredited Gestalt Psychotherapist, Clinical Supervisor, counselling trainer and group facilitator with over 15 years of experience working with adults, couples, groups, young people and children. Gestalt psychotherapy is a highly regarded, relational approach that helps people develop greater awareness of themselves, their relationships and the patterns that shape their lives. Through increased awareness and authentic dialogue, clients often discover new possibilities for change, growth and wellbeing

I offer a welcoming, supportive, and confidential therapeutic space tailored to your individual needs. I currently have availability for both in-person and online psychotherapy/counselling sessions throughout the week, providing flexibility to fit around your commitments.

When working with children and young people, I recognise the importance of involving parents and carers appropriately in the therapeutic process. I therefore offer a complimentary 30-minute consultation with parents before therapy begins, along with inclusive termly review meetings to discuss progress and ensure ongoing support. Sessions for young people are charged at £80 per 50-minute appointment.

Taking the first step towards counselling can feel daunting, but I aim to create a safe, non-judgemental environment where you feel heard, understood, and supported throughout your therapeutic journey.

About me and my therapy practice

My therapeutic approach is grounded in relationship, dialogue and curiosity. I believe meaningful change begins when we feel genuinely seen, heard and understood. Together, we will explore your experiences in the present moment, helping you develop greater awareness of recurring patterns, behaviours and ways of relating that may be keeping you feeling stuck.

I work creatively and collaboratively, tailoring therapy to your individual needs. Whether you are facing a specific challenge or seeking deeper personal growth, I aim to support you in understanding yourself more fully and making choices that feel authentic and fulfilling.

Couples Therapy

As a Gestalt couples psychotherapist, I work relationally and experientially, paying close attention to how partners communicate through words, emotions, body language and patterns of interaction. I help couples move beyond familiar cycles and explore new possibilities for connection through increased awareness and honest dialogue.

Children, Young People and Families

I have extensive experience supporting children and adolescents with a wide range of emotional, behavioural and relational difficulties. Alongside therapeutic work with young people, I offer parental support to help families navigate challenges, strengthen communication and build more connected relationships.

Supervision

I hold a Level 6/7 Diploma in Clinical Supervision and have many years of experience providing both individual and group supervision to trainee and qualified counsellors. My supervisory approach is collaborative, reflective and supportive, encouraging practitioners to develop confidence, creativity and ethical awareness within their practice.

Practice description

Gestalt psychotherapy is a highly respected and well-established therapeutic approach that focuses on increasing awareness, strengthening authentic relationships, and supporting meaningful change in the present moment. Rather than concentrating solely on past events or diagnosing difficulties, Gestalt therapy helps people understand how their thoughts, emotions, bodily sensations and behaviours interact in everyday life.

Grounded in field theory, Gestalt therapy is rooted in understanding the individual within their context, as a whole-person practice. My training and experience in this field has enabled me to support exploration of social context, culture, identity, diversity, neurodiversity, embodiment, power dynamics, worldviews, intersectionality and practice trauma- and harm-informed approaches. My practice is anti-oppressive and promotes equality, diversity and inclusion.

Research and clinical practice have shown that greater self-awareness is often the foundation for lasting change. By developing a deeper understanding of patterns that may no longer serve you, Gestalt therapy can help you make more conscious choices, improve relationships, build resilience, and develop a stronger sense of self. The approach is highly relational, creative and experiential, making it particularly effective for those who wish not only to talk about their difficulties but also to experience new ways of being and relating.

Because of its emphasis on genuine human connection, personal responsibility and holistic wellbeing, Gestalt therapy is widely valued as an effective approach for addressing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, loss, low self-esteem and personal development.

Low cost, personal development groups in south London.

This group offers the opportunity for you to experience what happens in a Gestalt therapy/process group. It’s a supportive space in which you can explore personal issues alongside other people who also want to understand themselves better.

Please get in touch if you are interested!

About me and my therapy practice

As an experienced Gestalt trainer and Clinical Supervisor, I work with groups to raise awareness of your patterns and processes within a group setting.

Group process is a powerful and exciting way to understand more about how you relate to others, building connections, and gaining awareness of what holds you back in developing and sustaining meaningful and long term relationships.

Practice description

As the facilitator, I will be working with the group to explore contact and awareness, bringing in Gestalt concepts to foster creativity and explore group process and dynamics. This will be a space where you can explore the patterns you have developed for dealing with your life and decide whether these strategies have outlived their usefulness, and work with what are sometimes experienced as ‘difficult’ emotions, anger, fear, sadness, guilt, shame, etc. It is an opportunity for you to develop greater awareness about yourself, your relationships, and how you are in groups, supporting you on both professional and personal levels. It is a place for curiosity, connection, support and challenge, enhancing interpersonal and communication skills.

Availability

Are you looking for a supportive and experienced clinical supervisor to help you develop your practice with confidence?

I currently have some availability throughout the week.

I offer a warm, collaborative, and reflective supervisory space for qualified counsellors, psychotherapists, trainees, and other helping professionals. My approach is grounded in mutual respect, curiosity, and openness, providing a safe environment where you can explore your client work, celebrate successes, and navigate challenges.

Together, we'll focus on maintaining ethical and effective practice, supporting your professional development, and ensuring the wellbeing of both you and your clients. I aim to create a trusting supervisory relationship that encourages honest reflection, learning, and growth.

Supervision is available online and in-person, and can be tailored to meet your individual needs, whether you are in private practice, working within an organisation, or completing training requirements.

If you'd like to discuss how we might work together, I'd be delighted to hear from you.

Feel free to get in touch for an informal conversation.

I work in three locations across London, St Pancras, Dulwich and Crystal Palace.

About me and my therapy practice

I am a Gestalt trained Psychotherapist and a level 7 trained Clinical Supervisor. I work with practitioners from a variety of different modalities, from Gestalt to Person-centred, psychodynamic and those using a brief solution focussed approach. I have over ten years experience supervising qualified and trainee counsellors and psychotherapists who work with individual adults and young people. I have extensive experience in adult and child safeguarding, suicidal ideation and self-harm, and trauma informed approaches.

I offer one-to-one and group supervision, both online and in person. I currently run Clinical Supervision groups within the NHS and supervise complex and high risk cases in three South London boroughs. I also run supervision groups for a low cost, long term service in south London.

I offer a supportive supervision space with integrative therapeutic skills and Gestalt techniques, paying attention to the body with a holistic and creative approach. As a Gestalt trainer and group facilitator, I offer a supportive, educational and challenging space for you to develop greater awareness with your clients, containing and deepening your therapeutic relationship.

I have over ten years experience of running my own private practice and managing counselling projects in different organisations, including secondary schools, working with people and supervising practitioners from all different age groups, neurotypes and cultural backgrounds.

Practice description

The supervision model in which I was trained was the seven-eyed model, and this fits very well with the Gestalt holistic approach at the core of my work.

Grounded in field theory, Gestalt therapy is rooted in understanding the individual within their context, as a whole-person practice. My training and experience in this field has enabled me to support therapists with an exploration of social context, culture, identity, diversity, neurodiversity, embodiment, power dynamics, worldviews, intersectionality, and practice trauma- and harm-informed approaches. It is a non-judgemental space to explore any conscious and unconscious biases that may arise, so that we can then bracket these more easily and stay attuned to the client and work at a deeper relational level.

My practice is anti-oppressive and promotes equality, diversity and inclusion - I see the supervisor/supervisee relationship as one of equality and collaboration.
