I'm offering face to face sessions in central Brighton rooms which are 3 minutes walk from Brighton Station. The rooms are dedicated therapy spaces which are comfortable & newly renovated. 

I currently have appointments available in Brighton on Tuesdays and Thursdays.  

About me and my therapy practice

I’m a person-centred counsellor, which means I listen to you with warmth, empathy, compassion and deep understanding. I will provide a safe space for you to explore what’s going on for you, and with my help we can find ways forward in your life. I will fully accept you as a human being with no judgement, I will support you with any changes you want to make. 

Through the process of therapy, you’re likely to find more connection with yourself and others, become kinder to yourself, gain more confidence, feel more regulated, have greater self awareness and authenticity and enjoy a more fulfilling life. 

I work with people who are experiencing grief, loss, depression, anxiety, abandonment and childhood neglect/abuse. 



Practice description

We meet once a week on the same day & at the same time for consistency reasons and for therapy to be effective. The sessions last for 50 mins. 

We will establish a therapeutic relationship built on trust and safety, so you will feel comfortable talking things through. 

The sessions will be held in a comfortable therapy room in central Brighton with easy transport links. I also offer online sessions if you would prefer, or it’s more convenient for you on occasions. 


My first session

I offer an initial introduction session which lasts for 30 mins. This is free of charge no obligation discussion, a chance for us to talk about what you’re looking for and find out if I’m right for you. 

The initial session is online via Zoom or on the phone.

About me and my therapy practice

I’m a person centred humanistic counsellor for adults who are experiencing loss, bereavement, anxiety and depression. I have 12 years experience and am a fully qualified accredited therapist. 

Talking things through can help ease things for you, bringing a sense of relief. Through building a trusting and safe counselling relationship, we can work together to find a way forward in your life.

I provide a caring, empathic and non judgemental place to talk things through, a confidential environment where you can be fully yourself.

Exploring what's going on for you can help you find ways of coping better, with improved mood and sense of well-being.
