About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified and experienced Humanistic Integrative Counsellor in private practice with an interest in anxiety, loss and bereavement, low self-esteem and identity issues.
I also specialise in helping individuals with Asperger syndrome and High Functioning Autism to be able to cope better with low self esteem, confidence and identity issues, stress, anxiety and depression.
I also provide counselling for spouses and family members to enable to them to better understand Autism and to work through any issues they may have. This can be provided on a one to one or couple-based approach.
I’m a Registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy.
My practice is supervised by a qualified Counsellor.
