About me and my therapy practice
Hello, I'm Anna.
I provide a warm, friendly and supportive counselling service in a safe environment where you can just be you.
I believe that by processing your emotions and worries, this can lead to you gaining personal insights and a greater understanding of yourself and your life experiences or situations.
Together we can explore your anxieties, feelings and concerns at your own pace.
I am an experienced person-centred counsellor and a registered member of the BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy). I am experienced in counselling people with a range of issues including:
Anxiety, depression, panic attacks, generalised anxiety disorder, ADHD, loneliness, relationship issues, feeling sad, loss and bereavement and low self esteem. I also work with career change. I am happy to discuss any other concerns.
