About me and my therapy practice
Online Person Centred Counselling for Adults & Couples
I am a trained counsellor offering online person centred therapy for adults and couples. I provide a safe, confidential and non judgemental space where you can speak openly from the comfort and privacy of your own home.
Since 2002, I have worked within mental health and learning disability services, supporting individuals with a wide range of emotional and psychological needs. With over 20 years’ experience, I understand how complex life and relationships can feel, and how important it is to feel genuinely heard and understood.
I support individuals with:
• Anxiety and stress

• Life transitions
• Emotional difficulties
• Confidence and self-esteem
In relationship counselling, I help couples to:
• Improve communication
• Rebuild trust
• Work through conflict
• Strengthen emotional connection
As a person-centred counsellor, I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to offer empathy, respect and understanding, helping you explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
I offer sessions online in English, Punjabi and Hindi, creating a culturally sensitive and comfortable environment for those who prefer to express themselves in their own language.

Practice description
I offer online person centred counselling for adults and couples experiencing anxiety, stress, low mood, life transitions, and relationship difficulties.
My approach is warm, respectful and non judgemental. I believe you are the expert in your own life and I provide a safe space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. I do not give advice or take sides in relationship work; instead, I support open understanding, communication and emotional clarity.
Since 2002, I have worked within mental health and learning disability services, supporting individuals with a wide range of complex emotional needs. This experience has given me a deep understanding of how personal challenges can affect wellbeing, confidence and relationships.
All sessions are held online, offering flexibility and privacy from the comfort of your own home.
I offer counselling in English, Punjabi and Hindi, providing a culturally sensitive environment where clients can express themselves in the language they feel most comfortable using.

My first session
I also offer a free 15 minute introductory call to discuss your needs and answer any initial questions before booking a full session.
During this session, we will explore what has brought you to counselling and what you hope to gain from the process. There is no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with. I will also explain how I work, discuss confidentiality, and answer any questions you may have.
For couples, the first session allows both partners to share their perspectives and begin identifying areas you would like support with.
This session is also an opportunity for you to decide whether you feel comfortable working with me. There is no obligation to continue if you feel I am not the right fit.
