About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified Counsellor based in Shere, near Guildford, and by working from home, I can provide a quiet, safe space, to respectfully listen and help you to 'just talk'. By offering empathy and acceptance without judgement, together we can explore and understand life's difficulties that may be too overwhelming to deal with alone.
As a Humanistic Counsellor, I offer a non directive approach, with the belief that the relationship I develop with my client, is the core to the therapeutic healing. By working with CBT, Gestalt and Existential therapy I can help you to experience greater self awareness and deeper understanding of your feelings, enlightening the opportunity for personal growth.
Alongside my private practice I have worked as a volunteer Counsellor for AgeUK and Parent Time as well as working in schools providing Art therapy for children needing extra support from difficult home lives.
My first session
My first session is complimentary for 45 minutes.
