About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced psychodynamic psychotherapist trained at WPF Therapy and Tavistock Relationships, formerly TCCR. I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within its ethical guidelines.
Alongside my private practice, I am a Visiting Clinician at Tavistock Relationships, where I carry out clinical assessments.
I work with both couples and individuals, offering short-term and open-ended weekly therapy, in person and online. My approach is psychodynamic, which means paying attention not only to what is happening now, but also to earlier experiences and recurring patterns that may be shaping relationships, anxiety, depression, addiction and other difficulties.
I am the founder of Dulwich Psychotherapy, a private practice in South East London offering psychodynamic therapy for individuals and couples. I also founded South London Therapy Group in Peckham, where I manage three therapy rooms used by a community of psychotherapists, counsellors and coaches.
Before training as a psychotherapist, I worked in advertising, publishing, banking, retail and consultancy in New York and London. I began my career as a web designer and later became Head of User Experience. I also hold a postgraduate diploma in Publishing and Communications from Harvard University.
I qualified from Tavistock Relationships in 2015 and have worked in private practice in South London since then. My background in both psychotherapy and user experience has given me a strong interest in how people communicate, make sense of one another and become caught in patterns that can be difficult to change.

About me and my therapy practice
I am a psychodynamic psychotherapist based in East Dulwich, SE22. I work with individuals and couples, offering weekly therapy in person and online. Some people come for a few months of focused work. Others stay longer to explore patterns that run deeper. Both are welcome.
Many people arrive feeling stuck. You might be struggling in a relationship, caught in the same arguments again and again, or feeling distant from someone you love. You might be living with anxiety, low mood, grief, or a loss of confidence you cannot quite explain. Sometimes life looks fine from the outside, yet something underneath feels off. You do not need to know exactly what is wrong to begin. Part of the work is understanding that together.
Practice description
How I work
My approach is psychodynamic. This means I pay attention to how your past shapes your present. Early relationships, family dynamics, and the ways you learned to cope all leave their mark. They influence how you feel, how you relate to others, and the patterns you find yourself repeating now. When these patterns become clearer, they start to loosen their hold. You gain more choice over how you respond.
Therapy with me is a steady, thoughtful space. I will not rush you or hand you quick fixes. I listen closely, ask questions, and help you make sense of what you bring. Over time, the relationship between us becomes part of the work too, offering a live picture of how you relate and where things get caught.
Working with couples
With couples, I hold the relationship in mind alongside each of you as individuals. I am interested in the cycles you fall into: the conflict, the distance, the resentment, the moments of rupture and repair. Often the dynamics that play out between you have roots in earlier experiences and old ways of protecting yourselves. Understanding these together can help rebuild trust, intimacy, and a sense of being on the same side.
What I can help with
I work with anxiety, depression, relationship and intimacy difficulties, communication problems, conflict, grief and loss, life transitions, family dynamics, low self-esteem, and the sense of feeling stuck or repeating old patterns. If you are unsure whether therapy is right for you, an initial conversation can help you decide.
