About me and my therapy practice
I am a qualified psychologist and psychotherapist providing counselling, therapy, trauma/incident response and wellbeing services.
I offers a safe, non-judgmental, professional listening space to explore what you want, at your pace. No issue is 'Taboo' or 'off limits' to explore. I work weekly with clients, however; my approach and professional opinion is that each person is the best expert on themselves, so you decide after an initial no obligation session together; how often you wish to come and for how long. What we focus on is also up to you.
I have been an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) or almost 20 years, with over 25 years of experience in the field of Health & Social Care, corporate and Voluntary Charitable Sectors .
In person, WhatsApp, FaceTime, Zoom, Microsoft Teams and Telephone sessions available.
