About me and my therapy practice
If your experiencing difficult and challenging times or feeling uncertain about your direction, I offer supportive tools and techniques and help you feel heard.
A qualified Psychosynthesis Counsellor for 18 years, with 30 years in empowerment, I work with adults and elders, helping people navigate towards the peace they want and changes they seek.

Psychosynthesis Integrative Counselling Techniques

Training, qualifications & experience
- Post Graduate Diploma in Psychosynthesis Counselling (PGDip)
- Cognitive Behavioural Life Coach (CBT), including Happiness Coaching
- Trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
- 18 Years working as a Counsellor in Private Practice including London, Norfolk and Scotland
- Four years working as Affiliate Counsellor for UK wide Employee Assistance Programmes (EAPs)
- Counsellor for RedArc Nurses, Sugarman Health and Wellbeing, Dover Counselling Centre, Carers Trust, Teens and Toddlers.
- UK Wide Disclosure and Barring Certificate
- Registered Member of the BACP (MBACP)
- Information Commissioner’s Office Data Protection Registered
- Bachelor of Arts Honours Politics and Sociology (BAHons)
- Career spanning 30 years in policy, empowerment and support, experienced in organisational dynamics, setting boundaries, stress reduction techniques and work life balance.
Fees & Sessions
£55.00 per session.
Sessions available In Person and Online and last 50 minutes.
For EAP's, please contact for Affiliate Counsellor information.
Concessions available dependent on income.

I can offer a free introductory phone call lasting up to 20 minutes to discuss your counselling needs further and how we might work together.
When we arrange our first session, it will be a paid session, lasting 50 minutes and we start building your support straight away.
You chose at the end of our first session if you wish to continue and we set out a working pattern together.
