About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced accredited psychodynamic therapist who specialises in different types of approaches to therapy: time limited, solution focused/brief therapy work and long term/in-depth counselling with adults and young people. Along side my private practice, I have counselled adults in a G.P centre, based in Sutton Surrey through St Georges Trust. I have additional qualifications in bereavement, loss and depression work as this is very often the core of many peoples troubles. I have long term experience in youth counselling also. Whilst working with young people I have obtained specific qualifications in eating disorders and self-harm as this seems to be a very common difficulity for young people.

About me and my therapy practice
I'm a Clinical Psychodynamic Supervisor and Therapist working in private practice for 15 plus years.
I have been fully accredited by the BACP for 20 years with many additional certificates to my name.
During my years as a therapist, I've based myself in the NHS and Secondary Schools whilst in Private Practice.
I've also worked as a Clinical Supervisor and Therapist with local Psychodynamic Counselling Agencies.
In addition to my Clinical Supervision work and Private Practice, I'm currently Clinically Supervising at a nearby University for adults, training in Psychodynamic Therapy, adhering to the BACP Ethical Framework and Boundaries.
I work Psychodynamically but I can also be flexible with my orientations if needed.
My Supervision sessions are 50 mins long.
I can provide monthly, fortnightly and weekly supervision sessions depending on what your need is.
My fee is £70 per supervision session
