About me and my therapy practice
Feeling lonely, or maybe at loss. Not sure where to start or whom to turn to? Drop me an email and let's talk. I am here for you.
I work with the everyday worries — stress at work, tricky relationships, wobbly self‑esteem, anxiety, low mood, or that general “life is a lot right now” feeling. I use a Gestalt‑informed approach, which means we slow down, notice what’s happening inside you, and explore how your cultural identity and life experiences shape who you are.
I also have many years of experience supporting people who carry childhood sexual abuse in their history. This kind of work is gentle and unhurried. It respects how hard it can be to talk about old wounds and how much they can echo into confidence, relationships and identity. If you ever feel ready to look at this part of your story, I’ll go at your pace.
Not sure if I’m your person? Message me. We can have a small chat. Therapy is serious work, but choosing a therapist doesn’t have to be.
My first session
The initial meeting, for which you will be charged, might take up to 1 hour. This gives an opportunity to explore and assess if I am best suited therapist for you.
I would not expect further commitment on either part at this stage.
If this is something for your consideration, feel free to contact me.
