About me and my therapy practice
I am an experienced Accredited BACP Counsellor. I will provide you with a safe, accepting and non-judgemental space within which you can explore any issues you are facing and anything that has been causing you distress. I have particular experience with clients suffering from Loss & Bereavement, Rape & Sexual Abuse, Depression, Anxiety and Addiction. My therapy is integrative but predominantly Person-Centred Counselling, and what this means is that we will work together and I will encourage you to talk about your experiences, your thoughts and feelings about yourself and how they can be connected to events in the past or the present. By building the right environment for positive change this will enable you to discover your own resources, and achieve your full potential. Cost of therapy is £55.00 per session for individual counselling.
