About me and my therapy practice
Hello and welcome
Do you want to feel different? To be more confident? To have higher self-esteem? To quieten down your internal voice? Perhaps you want to relate to others more effectively? To change unwanted behaviour? Or to let go of an experience that’s left you with unresolved feelings?
Reasons to access therapy
Modern life is complex, emotionally exhausting and difficult to navigate at times but when problems become embedded and seem too much to face alone without support, accessing therapy can help.
• You may feel lost, like you’re on the wrong path, in the wrong job or relationship
• Or you may feel that you’re different to others, that others seem to know what they are doing or how to be.
• You might be struggling with grief and loss and feel you ‘‘should’’ be over it by now.
• Perhaps you feel empty, have a core sadness and wonder what’s the point of anything. You may feel disconnected from yourself, others and life in general.
• You may feel permanently anxious, stressed, that you can’t control your worrying or catastrophising.
• You may be struggling with unwanted behaviour or an addiction and know that you can't make changes without support.
The reasons for wanting therapy are diverse and unique and whatever your reason for accessing therapy I am here to support you.
Therapy is a space, where together we can make sense of your inner world and put language around your experiences that you might previously have found difficult to articulate or perhaps you could benefit from telling someone that you don’t know. I can help you translate and externalise your thoughts and feelings. I can also help you to envisage what you want and need in your life and help you continue on your path to living a more rich, fulfilling and authentic life.
Practice description
About me
I am warm and down to earth and easy to talk to. I offer a conversational style of therapy which I hope puts you at ease. During our sessions, I will be 100% present for you, actively listening to you, to really understand what you're struggling with. We will work collaboratively - at your own pace - to make change, which I passionately believe is possible for us all.
By the end of therapy, I guarantee that something will have shifted internally. You may see this change in your external world. e.g., a change of job or perhaps expressing yourself more effectively in a friendship or beginning a new venture. Whichever direction you choose to explore, I will help you to move towards change and help you to develop a deeper understanding of who you are and what you want from your life.

About me and my therapy practice
I'm down to earth, warm and easy to talk to. I am an integrative therapist and have been in practice for over 10 years. I am trained in the 7 eyed model of supervision and believe that this multifaceted holistic approach, with its different perspectives, is by its nature expansive and therefore promotes professional growth.
Practice description
As a supervisor I offer a safe and supportive space where together we can explore your complex clients and professional dilemmas with thoughtfulness, honesty and curiosity. You don't need to bring your “best self” - supervision like therapy can feel messy and unclear - it's not about getting it wrong or right - but hopefully you'll feel safe enough to explore uncertainties without feeling exposed/judged/lesser than. However, I will offer empathetic challenge, to support you to grow and develop as a therapist. We can also explore how the client impacts on your story and how this might play out in therapy.
Be assured that I work within the BACP ethical framework and that we will always be working safely and ethically.
As your supervisor I can support you to -
- Develop confidence in your practice
- Deepen your reflective practice
- Strengthen your own clinical judgement
- Be confident that you're practicing ethically and safely
- To attend to your own self care and well being
I welcome practitioners from different backgrounds.
